Gojo thanks Nanami for his understanding. When Gojo asks Nanami about his own last moments, Nanami explains that he once asked Mei for advice.

Sukuna talks about how he expected Mahoraga to be a “Role Model” that could bypass Gojo’s infinity ability. Mahoraga initially adapted to Gojo’s infinity, which means it tried to counteract Gojo’s unlimited powers. When Mahoraga launched its attack, it wasn’t like Sukuna’s attacks. It expanded its Cursed Technique to target not just Gojo but the entire space and world, cutting through it.
Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 236 Plot Twist? – Gojo Dead????
In the next scene, we see that Gojo has been cut in half. Sukuna explains that Gojo’s infinity doesn’t matter if someone can cut through the entire world. Sukuna acknowledges Gojo’s effort and says he won’t forget him, telling him not to disappoint him.
